I am beyond impressed with Uplift's customer service and product quality. It's because of this I will always recommend them to friends and family. I had to hiccups after placing my order:
1) My custom wood top was backordered by more than 3+ months. I was bummed to find out since the rest of my order had already shipped that I was going to be without a top for that long. When I called their team, they offered to provide me with a temporary top (whatever was available) to use during that period. I was so impressed that they shipped this replacement top at no cost to me. It arrived in just a few days and this allowed me to start using my Uplift without having to wait the extended period.
2) When my pheasant wood desktop arrived damaged (shipping carrier dropped it and damaged one corner), the Uplift customer service team was super speedy and responsive in helping me with my issue. Outside of the dent on the corner, the desk is gorgeous and has been a game changer for my WFH workflow. I truly don't doubt that I made the right decision choosing Uplift. In both of these instances, they could have told me better luck next time, but they took ownership of the problems (even if out of their control) and went out of their way to provide me with the best experience possible. 10/10.
