The Renaissance in Schaumburg is an absolutely breath taking hotel. I absolutely love the trees and rope lights that dangle down by Sam and Harry's and love all the sitting areas speckled throughout it's main lobby. It is the spot for weddings and stunning events and continuously wows us every time we step in. Sam and Harry's is a great place to catch up with friends and I love the classy chic decor. My only complaint would be that on several occasions within the last two weeks that I have dined at this restaurant that my steaks we're beyond over cooked. I didn't complain as to not to make a big deal. However if you are wanting to charge the premium prices then please have food ordered perfectly. My medium rare ribeye on both times we're well done. Disappointed with the steak house but love the hotel.
