Prebooked our tickets and got into the project quickly hoping this would reduce numbers and enable social distancing. A one way systems is in place, however, it was so busy that the initial walk to the bottom and through the biodomes felt like a cattle market. Felt pressured into moving forward being unable to stop to read signs, look at plants or take photos in case we inconvenienced other visitors or they just pushed past. Staff not really implementing the 2m distances apart from one on the rope bridge who wasn't wearing a mask and told us if we were able to maintain the 2m distance we wouldn't need to wear these silly masks
All in all it felt like a race around the entire project. Probably better to visit on a quieter day.
