Dr Hui and his assistant Hannah were absolutely amazing. Despite giving me devastating news, they were both so caring, personable, professional, and understanding. I can't thank Dr Hui for finding answers and calling me directly multiple times to fill me in on my dog's stay at the facility. I won't hesitate to come back if ever needed.
