What can I say? It's one of your best experiences in life to visit the Statue of Liberty.
Took the ferry from Battery Park to Staten Island. You dont really get the awe and beauty and the smell of freedom until you are at the footsteps of the statue.
We went inside to look at the architectural framework holding up this magnificent work of art that means so many things to so many people. We also visited the museum that had a lot of interesting historical information.
I had been to NY twice before but didn't have a chance to visit her, but this time I did and so happy that I did and everyone should too.
