Poor customer service
Bought a Foker gas burner through the Specialty store. After a very short time of use, the surface treatment / paint peeled off the burner and grate, resulting in cast iron rust. I complained about the product to the Specialty Store which simply acknowledged by sending a brief statement from KosanGas (?) Stating that this was quite predictable. Since I have a lot of experience with the use of gas burners, and have never before experienced similar problems with similar products, I pointed out to Specialbutikken that I did not accept their explanation.
The specialty store never chose to respond back.
Why Specialbutikken chooses to ask a gas supplier (Kosangas) for advice on a product produced by an Italian company (Foker), must be left in the dark.
The specialty store's unwillingness to handle a complaint makes the company appear to be unprofessional and without interest in their customers.
