Wednesday i went to exchange an item but forgot my purse. Associate couldn't help me & said to return tomorrow with ID&Credit card. THURSDAY, I return with ID/Credit card and (Wednesday associate not there) different Associate was ABLE to help me and she NEVER asked for my ID&CREDIT CARD. She was able to complete my transaction quickly. WHAT Exactly is Macy's exchange policy? Did I NEED my ID&Credit Card or was the first associate LAZY or suspicious of me?
