If you were a subscriber before it was free, your subscription was greatly devalued when the magazine became free and became inferior to what was published before. You now got a much thinner magazine with reduced and inferior content for the same price you already paid. And, the magazine shows up days after the events listed occurred. The events listings start (and the amount of events listed is greatly reduced from what it was) on Thursday, yet the magazine arrives between Friday and Monday. And, if you receive it when you get home on Friday, and don't live in Manhattan, are you jumping back on the train because something you would want to attend is that day, and might be half over when you get there, if you hurry, anyway? They must know that the magazine arrives days after what it lists, so why don't they adjust the publication schedule so they can mail it so people get it timely. Of maybe they just throw it in the mail for the people who don't live in Manhattan or Brooklyn, because, based on their content, that, and the western strip of queens, are basically all they consider "New York", and I can't imagine that people in those areas get it days late. Actually, why don't you just change the name to "Time Out Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC and Astoria?
