Courteous personnel and room was decent. There was no microwave or way to make hot water. There was no fridge that was empty. They were nice about extra blankets/pillows/towels/keycards. Good amount of outlets available. Walking distance to the museums and both interior and exterior was nice. Complimentary infused water was nice but not refilled timely. Access to Peet's Coffee on the 3rd floor was great as well.
