Komal helped us purchase an engagement ring and two wedding bands. She - along with the entire team at Windy City Diamonds - was nothing short of fantastic. She was patient as I took my time to make decisions, informative when I needed answers and suggestions, and beyond accommodating to ensure we received our rings on time, even when they needed to be done in a hurry. We are so thankful we had Komal and WCD to lean on during what could have been a stressful time. Instead, it was a memorable experience that we will always look back on fondly. We could not give a higher recommendation.
