An exceptional dining experience! This is our 7th time dining in San Pellegrino s top 10, and our first #1 restaurant. We enjoyed the experience very much. Some of the surprises were the incredible beetroot signature dish, and the pomme de terre novelle. The entire menu has a strong Japanese theme running throughout which was a big surprise. Outstanding service, food, atmosphere, decor and wine.
