the service department is disorganized and just absolutely frustrating to deal with. I've used them regularly for about 4 years but my most recent visit will be my last. I brought my car in for a slight raddle in the back wheel, had a diognostic done, parts ordered and made another appointment to get it fixed. On the day my car is suppose to be fixed I find out they had ordered the wrong parts, and after taking out the damaged parts, they had to put them back in my car. When I get my car back the slight raddle has now become a constant loud banging noise that was so concerning I had to borrow a car from a family member for two weeks until the correct parts arrived. After everything was fixed with the correct parts, they barely offered an apology. There's been other disappointing experiences I've had with the service department here, but i don't feel like typing out a whole novel.
