Sending a huge "thank-you" to Marcus Capps, Sales and Leasing Associate, Motorcars Honda at 2953 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Marcus was very professional and informative regarding my purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord. He also was the salesperson who sold me a 2002 Honda Civic in the year 2002. The instructions received from Marcus was invaluable as automobiles have changed since 2002. Marcus was very patient with me with all my questions which he answered eagerly and thoroughly.
