It was a last minute reservation and very early morning. That's my only guess as to why my experience was less that satisfactory.

The only thing our representative could tell is to help us choose our vehicle for the week was ~ 'there's a silver one, a white one, an another silver one'. Three different makes and models, but no help from the Rep. She was overall very polite, but I was a little disappointed when I gave her my membership number and asked if any upgrades were available ... that netted me a complete avoidance from the Rep. Telling me no or not at this time is ok. Ignoring my question completely? Not so ok.

The car worked. No mechanical problems. Any extra service for a member? Not so much.
