Unbelievable how poor our customer service experie...

Unbelievable how poor our customer service experience has been with this company!
It's been nothing but headaches from them scheduling the wrong company to service our fridge with no follow up until the service date had past and we had to call. Taking 7 days to ship the parts, having one of their supervisors, Max, yell at me when I was frustrated with the level of service. And now, shipping a part damaged beyond repair. Clearly this company has no empathy for the customers, has no one who has customer service skills to help, they don't believe in their product, nor are they willing to accept any responsibility for their poor performance.
