I came in Monday morning to have a brake light replaced on my 2016 Ford Escape. Luckily, there wasn't a long line of cars ahead of mine, so I waited in the waiting room for a few minutes and before I knew it, my car was ready and I was able to go on my merry way. Even better than that, this was covered under my warranty since my car was only about 2 years old and had low mileage so this repair was FREEE! I was very satisfied.
