Unable to create or mange account due to issues on E-470's side( Registering an account results in notice that I already have an account, trying to access my account results in a notice that one does not exist). Also unable to consistently deliver toll bills when using TollByPlate resulting in having to pay on the site after waiting for a statement to arrive.
