While most of the drivers are fine, it's the office personnel that really holds this company down.

They refused to schedule a trip for a day of surgery (until the day before) but when I phoned with an exact time I was needed for that surgery (...the day before) they refused to schedule it. (a supervisor named "Derrick" confirmed this).

Currently, they are late for a scheduled trip - and I have been on-hold for 26 minutes, waiting to get any status (my medical appt is in 4 minutes).
