Such horrible experience! Booked a tasting menu for a very special occasion only to receive a call now to be told that the restaurant has been closed for re-furb since last two weeks and we cannot dine in what we booked!!

I made all the arrangements around this meal and I get a call so close to it that its too late to rearrange things. I am so embarrassed to share this with my close friend who is so loyal to this brand that the special occasion is now ruined!

On top of that I am told that a manager will call back to discuss a resolution but am still waiting to receive that call!? How can a hotel take booking and confirm them when they cannot accommodate it.

Didn't expect such poor service and awful attempt to poor resolution from Rocco Forte Group. Luxury market is no longer limited and unfortunately, they have just lost a customer to another brand.
