We hit traffic on the way up. Like a dead stop for 45 mins. We called the resort and they were kind enough to reschedule my toddlers snow play for the next day, however, they didn't refund my daughter's or husband's ski lift tickets, even though they weren't able to go up/down the slopes. That burned and disappointed me. We spent so much money on snowboard lessons, ski lift tickets and rentals. What a waste of money and expensive trip.
