We are from Illinois so this was our 1st time there. We visited on July 14, 2019. We got to go through the little tour ride. Which was amazing! But as we exited the ride and was making our way to the gift shop area to explore the factory more the power went out. The generators kicked on but we only had 20 minutes to shop before the registers closed. That was a bummer because there was so much to see in the shop. Overall what we did see was amazing!
