We wanted an alternative to the big "contract" companies. A friend recommended Smith Thompson and we couldn't be happier. From the first phone call, I knew I had chosen the right company. They were extremely informative and courteous. The technician who came out was wonderful! He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We've had our system for a couple months lately. We've set off a few "false alarms" getting used to having it, and they are always immediately responsive with calling and so friendly when I tell them it was an accident! I love the freedom of a great security company with no insane monthly payment and long term contract!! I HIGHLY recommend Smith Thompson!
