WARRANTY IS PATHETIC. If you're the buyer and get stuck with them, read up and prepare to take their questionable business practices to arbitration.

Our whole family is sick now because of their lack of due diligence and terrible customer service.

They called a technician to fix our heater, who only made the problem worse and broke our thermostat as well. We filed for recall but the claims rep said they only use technicians on normal business hours so we'd have to wait after the long holiday weekend. It's been 4 cold nights now and we have to leave our home for the next 3 more nights!

**UPDATE: Their website boldly says "contact me directly" for the President, but provides a general number. I tried emailing him and filed a complaint on BBB. We spoke with another claims rep who explained the out-of-network protocol and we were able to find our own technician to fix it asap. Their email clearly solicits Yelp reviews but I will not mention any specific names because there's an obvious internal training problem.
