I visited this place once when I was visiting my friend who is studying ballet. It's next to the Lincoln Center. There is a security in the lobby, pretty safe place. However, the resident hall on the 10th floor (if I remeber correctly) looks kind old. And gosh, they are still using those old fashioned Windows Vista PC.
