I have been a customer of GRAF Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. for several years now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they have a decent website at esupplier.in and a good range of products, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. They often take too long to respond to queries and their solutions are not always satisfactory. I hope they improve in the future.
