We had to make the tough decision to put our 15 year old girl down. It was very hard on the family but the vet and staff were so compassionate and helped us every step of the way - from first contact to final minutes with our poor old girl. Many vets offer this service and when I priced this service with private cremation, costs were ranging up to $500 or more, and we just did not have that kind of money. This wonderful center only charged $180 for services as well as private cremation. When you see the price difference, you don't expect much - pretty much get what you pay for - but that was not the case! Their tenderness, their sympathy and care for our baby girl in her final minutes was just unbelievable. Thank you for helping us through this. We have decided to change our vet services to this location for our other dog because of the care that was shown to us and our old girl at such a difficult time.

We did have a wonderful experience but my dog was euthanized on December 31st. We paid to have her ashes returned to us. I have called twice and the first time, the ashes were not in and the second time, my information was taken and I was told a supervisor would return my call. No return call. No ashes from my dog. We are heart broken over this situation and no response from the organization as to what happened to my dog's ashes. At this point I assume they are gone - which breaks my heart - and next, I paid for a service I did not receive.
