This is the worst BBB branch I have ever dealt with. I have factual evidence that the branch just ignores. This gives me the feeling that the BBB is just corrupt, like everything else, and instead of protecting the consumer they actually work with Businesses to make sure they 'look good' so they keep donating/paying the BBB for their A+ Ratings.
