Bad organization! They finally said that they would have operated on my mother maybe on September 29th or the seventh one therefore we waited .. On the same 29th they call to find out where my mother was ???? But what if they never called us ?! We didn't even know the time! My mother is still working and has many health problems .. they told us that they would respond to the operation. For the umpteenth time! We have been waiting for years to be disappointed every time! They should only be ashamed! They are just talking to each other. This facenza nothing and little professionalism makes me fall my arms! There are mistakes and mistakes but this is worth a LIFE I hope they understand how important their work is! Each of your patients is a mother, a daughter, a relative! These are not things that are taken lightly and superficially. Be more mature and responsible! For God's sake!
