I went to the hospital Saint Pierre this Tuesday, my appointment was at 9:20, after 45 minutes of waiting, I went to inform the secretariat to ensure the arrival of the doctor, the secretary m ' confirmed that she was present but that waiting time was normal. After 1h10 of waiting I got up to cancel my appointment. In the meantime the doctor came out of his office shouting my name 3 times without having time to answer. No hello, no excuse for the delay. I pointed out to her that I was in the office canceling my appointment, she replied that if I did not like it I could leave, which I did not hesitate to do because of the aggressiveness of the doctor. This arrogant and rude behavior is unworthy of the profession, I also note that I was plastered and I was on crutches. I will not fail to notify the Hospital Director. Criticism of Dr. Rahali's lack of politeness is common on the Google site.
What are still the appointments (we can understand 1 / 2h maximum delay ... but at 9h20 ???)
