I'm not a regular customer so I was extremely impressed by the help and extra support Joe offered me recently. It's the type of help I would expect after demonstrating you are a loyal or regular customer. However, Joe really went out on a limb to help me as much as he could.

I don't have any personal or business affiliation with Apex, but I appreciate great service, especially when you're in a tight spot and need something done urgently - I wasn't even charged a surcharge, I was offered a discount. Yes, seriously.

If you haven't been in there for a while, their new shop layout is so much better too and there seems to be more staff now. Contrary to another review here, I was served quickly enough - no complaints there.

I also shopped around on the phone before going in and they offered the best prices in the local area.

You would be silly to not give them a call.
