I purchased a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa via an Ebay auction and the transaction and communication was superb. The installation went without any issues and the guys that installed it were polite, very efficient and were happy to answer any questions that I had as to the running of the hot tub.
Having a hot tub was one of the best investments ever and we use it daily in the summer.
Customer service with this company is brilliant and as a novice in the hot tub world I have had to phone and ask questions in the early days of ownership and was always met with a great response and a really helpful attitude.
Very impressed with the product which is easy to use, of a high end quality compared to others and I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone considering getting a hot tub.
