Pre Ordering is awful. They never seem to know when anything will come in, and after 2 months of waiting for an order, and then proactively having to ask them for updates, I was basically told "oh, we got it in but it wasn't enough to fill all preorders so now you're waiting even longer for an unknown length of time". No thanks, I'll just use your competitors. Amazing, after cancelling my 2 month old order with BBTS I received the item in less than 3 days...
