Has the worst customer service.

Has the worst customer service.

Made a complaint about my internet connection everyday for more than a week but it not attended to. Finally decided to call the customer care manager Mrs. Deepashika but she refused to come to the phone and said she was unavailable. When I called the customer service hotline again and asked to speak to the customer care manager they kept cutting the line.

I have never experienced such bad customer care before. Hopefully the management will take the necessary action to improve their customer service!!!
