Well I started with an email with my grandparents furniture. Response was we will be back in touch. I never heard anything from them. I then resent another email with more pictures. I got an apology for not replying quicker and the pictures were sent to the experts. Then 5 days later. Your photos were reviewed and they don't handle modest items. If I have other items and they list them please contact us. So I called. cate was so rude and uninterested. I do have other items but they won't handle them!
