Vet tech's were very kind and helpful.

Vet tech's were very kind and helpful.
Does not get 5 stars because the lay out and signage is hard to understand. Hard to tell where the main entrance is and what the protocol is for pet drop off. Big signs with arrows that don't point the wrong way would be very beneficial.
