Our hallway and room smelled of pot smoke our entire stay. The water took forever to heat up to take a shower or wash hands or face. I understand that because of COVID maid service wasn t available; however, it is inconvenient to call and wait for fresh towels and toiletries. During our stay and at checkout, I informed the desk clerk; she didn t care at all that our stay was unsatisfactory.
