This place lied to me. But it was my fault. I did not look at the invoice when I bought the 2 new tires from them. After I bought the 2 new tires, I asked the service guy if I have road hazards ,and he said yes I have it. I did not check the invoice to see if I had bought the road hazards. Now my tire had a nail in it, they said it is not covered, because I did not have road hazards, I guess it is his word against mine. So just to let every one know when you bought the tires make sure you check the invoice. Make sure to look at the invoice to see if you had bought the road hazards or not. This place is not offering road hazards if you only bought 2 tires unless you pay and ask for it. They said they would have complimentary road hazards if I had bought 4 tires instead of 2 tires.
