I was very well attended, in the sector to remove the passport, at the time I had marked, by a very educated employee (Raquel).
I had problems with my title and I was answered in 15 mins getting a password. Unfortunately I had to solve it online. (In the lobby there are some girls that do the procedures online / they do not have RELATIONSHIP with the consulate) !!!! (a lan house)

I SEE PEOPLE CLAIMING ... THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE SOME PROCEDURES THAT DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM. IT HAS ONLINE PROCEDURES !!
