Started off great. I bought a Mustang, supposedly new tires were put on it before purchase. The first time I went to get my oil changed, they suggested I get new tires saying they were dry rotted.... when I told them I had just purchased the car a few months back and I was told the tires were new, they tried back tracking out of it. The next 2 times were cool. Fast, friendly service. All was well. Next time, they forgot to put my filter back in, and half washed my car but since the car wash was a courtesy, I didnt really trip but my filter was left sitting on top of the engine. My car kept puttering a day or so later and didnt want to stay started so I popped the hood and there the filter sits. I called, went off and they gave me a free oil change. The next oil change, I was also getting my Trans flushed before the 100,000 miles mark and they did the EXACT same thing! They left it off AGAIN!!! And now my transmission be tripping. So I took my car back to them and told them after calling them and telling them how the car has been acting since the trans flush and they said that they needed to do a diagnostic. I paid them $130 and they told me I needed a whole new transmission!!! On a car that had just reached 100,000 miles and I took to them regularly for servicing. So I asked for the read out from the diagnostic and they told me that the mechanic that did it had gone to lunch and when he got back, they would email it to me but they NEVER did. So I called them SEVERAL times for them to tell me FINALLY that the mechanic NEVER really did a diagnostic, he said to take my transmission apart to see what was wrong would cost more than just replacing it so he just suggested to replace it. Wellllllllll, what did you charge me $130 for. I complained, asked to speak to management and absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation or not even a refund or anything was offered. They just kept telling me someone will give me a call about it and I wouldn't ever get the call. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there again! EVER!
