I called to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced for a repair and was hung up twice. The first time when I was transferred to the service department, no one answered. When I called again, I was transferred and someone answered but the I was placed on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was hung up on again. Needless to say I will be getting my car repaired at another Ford dealership.
