PSA: Do not use Seat Geek to purchase tickets. I bought tickets NINE months ago through their (supposedly trustworthy) website (great rating from the Better Business Bureau). They called me today, for my concert in three days, and told me the "broker doesn't have the tickets" so they will issue me a refund.
They have a buyer guarantee that states (among other things)... "your tickets will be delivered in time for the event" and "if any of these things do not occur, you will be provided with comparable or better tickets to the event, or offered a refund. Yet, they're refusing to find me new tickets, despite the fact that there are plenty available on their website. They're just more expensive than what I paid - understandably so, given that the concert is in three days.
Essentially, I don't want a refund. I want the tickets.
This is unacceptable customer service, and I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
