I can't be more happier with this transaction. Initially we were going through our local credit union that supposably is reputable in real estate services. We've banked with them for years now and at the closing date, the credit union said the property we were persuing did not meet criteria. This could have been avoided and to tell us the day of closing. IN CAME MLD THE MONEY STORE. WE WERE SCEPTIC'S AT FIRST. OUR LOAN OFFICER AUNDI SAID SHE WOULD BEAT OUR PREVIOUSLY OFFERED RATES AND CLOSE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH, EASY, AND EVERYONE WAS COMMUNICATIVE AND TRANSPARENT. THE APP MADE EVERYTHING A BREEZE AS FAR AS UPLOADING DOCS AND SIGNING. IN COMPARISON TO OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE CREDIT UNION, 10X BETTER IN EVERY WAY. WE WERE ABLE TO CLOSE ON TIME AND OUR LOAN OFFICER WAS THE BEST.
