The people who go are really friendly and supportive, and the trainers somehow always get me to try my best! I swear every morning I get up to go to orangetheory I think "I'm tired I'm just going to take it easy today," and then I always end up getting a great workout in instead! Everything is divided into manageable blocks so it's easier for me mentally. WAY better than going to the gym and trying to jog on the treadmill for an hour, but I burn the same number of calories!I've been going for maybe 6 months now and have cut off over a minute from my mile time and lost ~10 pounds (should've waited for the transformation challenge!). Results are there and the workouts are fun, so I can't recommend it enough!
