I am not sure that this is the correct format to use, but I would like to make some comments about your facility and staff.
I was in Wisconsin yesterday. I had suffered a bad bloody nose. I had a scheduled flight back to Arizona last night. I needed to do something. I found your facility listed on line and walked into your urgent care center. The facility was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly and professional.
I was first seen by Shannon. She also was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable.
I really liked Doctor Mike Oulashian. What a wonderful doctor. I wish he could be my primary physician. He is truly an asset to your organization.
