Rating is for accommodations of a four day class on the 19th floor. Service in the terms of keeping the coffee and tea stocked and hot was excellent. Front desk service overall was helpful and friendly. Not a fan of the worn covers that are used to cover the classroom tables though. The bakery is very nice and the hummus lunch was upscale. I liked the antiquated main lobby, it is a bit dark...1920-1930 retro. Hotel is within walking distance of the harbor. All in all, a nice place for a class or conference.
