On Friday, December 30, 2016 a double DryGuys crew, with Ian as foreman, completed a waterproofing and drainage project for my home. The crew was quite efficient, as well as friendly. All questions related to the project were answered immediately. Additionally, throughout the day Ian and his crew provided step-by-step explanations and descriptions of the current phase of the project and succeeding steps. Though the project was complex, the crew worked into the darkness of the early evening to successfully complete the project, concluding with Ian patiently "walking me through" the operation of the newly installed dehumidifier and a summary of the tasks involved in the project.
