Driver was 15 minutes late and didn't know the way...

Driver was 15 minutes late and didn't know the way so had to stop whilst he Googled it, as a result I missed my train. What's the point in booking with these local cab firms when they can't stick to the bookings and don't even know the local roads? Uber is cheaper so I guess I'll just use that next time.

Thanks for eventually responding. What specifics do you need that I haven't already given? I actually called and logged a complaint on the day it happened (the day of my review) and your call staff said they would pass it to the manager. Why haven't you responded to that? I will email you and repeat the details.
