Sent in my Nexus 6 for repairs last week because it suddenly stopped turning on and the back cover was peeling off. A full 7 days later they shipped it back and on the completion report, it claimed that they couldn't repair because they were not authorized to do repairs for google play units.

Why would you accept my Motorola phone if you were not authorized to repair it? Sounds like complete bullshit. Wasted $20 to ship it out and even more money getting another phone because I couldn't get a replacement.
