Cleanliness is a must for me! They have a little more to do when it comes to that but the housekeeping are very kind and hard working. The maintenance guy is Awesome and very welcoming. But the front desk manager Chastity is absolutely horrible and I don't know how she has a position in any type of leadership. Manager Chasity needs to be demoted back to a team member and retrained in customer service, leadership, and hospitality services...she definitely gets a F with no effort!
