My experience with John Leonard was everything I expected in a recruiting agency and more. Finding a job straight out of college can be stressful to many and months can pass before you're even selected for an interview, but the staff at JL was so accommodating with the job hunting process and are genuinely dedicated to helping you find something that fits your needs and expectations. I worked particularly with the direct hire division and Jennifer Kuchy was one of the friendliest professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. I told her the types of jobs I would potentially be interested in, the location I preferred to work in and even my salary expectations. We would check in with each other weekly and she would always contact me whenever there was a job she thought I would be interested in or may be a great fit for based on my skill set. Soon enough, Jennifer connected me to an amazing firm right here in Boston, that met all of the criteria I was looking for and have been here for about a year now ! If I'm ever looking to make a career change or seek another job opportunity I will 100% be reaching back out to them.
